Note: All rates are subject to a surcharge on properties located 10 km beyond the Perimeter Highway. New construction, warranty, or individual component inspections for all types of buildings may be quoted as a separate request.

• $5.00 per additional 100 sq. ft.
• Payment due upon time of inspection
